Thomas Young is in charge of executing and getting ops and logistics done every day to keep the machine going full speed. After attending the University of Texas, where he majored in Economics, Thomas immediately jumped into the world of startups.

He embraces the ‘move fast’ mentality of high growth companies, and the ‘all-in’ culture from which the best companies are born. A native of Mexico City, Thomas is not only bilingual, but bicultural as well, bringing with him experience working for small firms in Mexico, as well as the United States.

He sees a business not as a city, state, or national entity, but as a vehicle to make a meaningful impact on the world as a whole. He travels frequently to visit friends and family who reside in Mexico.

As the team’s resident ‘millennial’, Thomas offers perspective on his peers, and brings unique insight into his generation, which is poised to represent 46% of the workforce by 2020.

Thomas thrives in fast paced environments, and embraces the startup culture, firmly believing that a small team, working in harmony towards a firmly defined goal, has the potential to change the world.
